Die finnische Vokabel für "Hilfe".
Na?
Ihr wisst es nicht?
Ohje.
XD

Wäre krass, wenn Michael Jackson wirklich tot wäre. Aber sieht wohl so aus.

Oh man.

Holy crap, I hate this weather. Wet, cold, grey. I crave for the sun and warmth, oh god yes, please, warmth!

Heath Ledger won, and I wished I could stay awake longer for watching more of Hugh Jackman's amazing performances. I just love this man.

Also, I think the Make Up decision was a joke, but that's purely subjective.

It's that time again!
HANDBALL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!!

And Germany already passed the preliminaries *_* Muwaha, we beat Macedonia fair and straight! Now it's only Poland left and then the preliminaries are over (I hope they will play with the first team though, even if the game doesn't count for anything). Last time we won, this time again? I hope so.. and I hope we beat France this time. Last year's defeat at the Europe Championship was harsh.

Oh, and: Frustration is when you walk into the bathroom to shower to see that someone else has left the window open in this weather. COLD!!

You Are Sunrise

You enjoy living a slow, fulfilling life. You enjoy living every moment, no matter how ordinary.

You are a person of reflection and meditation. You start and end every day by looking inward.

Caring and giving, you enjoy making people happy. You're often cooking for friends or buying them gifts.

All in all, you know how to love life for what it is - not for how it should be.

You Are Sunset

Even though you still may be young, you already feel like you've accomplished a lot in life.

And you feel free to pave your own path now, and you're not even sure where it will take you.

Maybe you'll pursue higher education in a subject you enjoy - or travel the world for a few years.

Either way, you approach life with a relaxed, open attitude. And that will take you far!

Gute Nacht.

Snow!

I just stood at the beach alongside the Rhine, all covered in thick snow. I can't really remember when it last snowed here and the snow stayed, maybe three years ago? I guess I grinned all the way, judging from the look on the faces of the people I met. It's just so beautiful! And now my hands are halfway frozen, but it's worth every bit~

Life seems to be nonexistant. University eats it. I worked from 10:00 to 23:30 for university yesterday with only a short break and still didn't manage to finish everything. Plus it seems to get only more from now on, now that I really have each class.

I guess most of the work will go into "Palaeographic Studies". We will learn hentaigana and cursive kanji. Want to have a look? Here. Yes, those are all different version of the respective hiragana written over each column. Plus we have to learn the corresponding versions of kanji. Cool thing is, you can't learn this anywhere else in Germany, or so we were told.

For our seminar about something like Robin Hood in East Asia ("Robbers, Bandits and Rebels") we have to do no exam. But, surprise: we have to prepare an exhibition. Work out all the stuff, find a way to present it in a creative and interesting way and finally do a presentation on it.

Economy Japanese is a load of work, but I guess it'll really help with the language. I still am positive about Bungo, and Essay criticism still is a neutral factor, as well as "Migration and Globalism in East Asia". Everything means a lot of work though, but that's okay. I mean, it's a Master, right? The level is assumed to go up. I really like the new Uni-library's reading and working room though! It's nice and clean and calm with a wall of glass facing the Rhine. It has plugs for Notebooks and WLan access, what could you possibly need more? Nice one.

And I really really love Beuel. It's such a nice place to live, you can get almost everything you need here. Now all I need is a bicycle. And I guess all the stress of cleaning out the appartment at home, packing stuff into boxes, throwing things away etc. is finally slowly fading.

Because I like it a lot, I thought I might as well announce it so that you can have a look at the shiny thing:
New Layout.
La Marquise de Pompadour rocks, vintage rocks and striped wallpapers rock, so after all, I am quite satisfied. Let's see how long this one will stay, my last layout survived for one and a half years :)

Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: 80er Jahre Musik ist toll, New Wave besonders.

Mal schauen was sich so ergibt :)

zomg!
One day later and I'm still awed by the movie. I did expect a lot, but my expectations were even beaten. I've rarely been in a movie where there was such a silence when the whole theater was full to the max. There was rarely a whisper during the whole movie.

Heath Ledger was stunning. That's the only word to phrase it. Simply stunning. Like whoa. Disturbing, scary as hell, but at the same time managed to make people laugh? I mean it if I say I've never seen a villain in a hero movie played out like that, and he's easily my most favourite villain now. Awesome acting. I can't really say anything about it beside that, because nothing's coming into my head. He did outact the rest of the cast in my opinion.
Plus, his german voice actor did an awesome job as well, really! I'm curious how the original version will be.

Christian Bale is the best cast for Bruce Wayne I can imagine. Really. But then again I always loved Christian Bale.

Maggie Gyllenhal! I must admit I've never seen her before, and I kind of fell in love with her as Rachel Dawes. There was not a lot of Rachel Dawes-potential in the movie though, in my opinion.

I don't want to write something about each and every actor now, but well, I loved each tiny bit of the movie, so I guess that's enough said. High recommendation, definitely.
